SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Nygmato Comics take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your order during the transport to the indicated delivery address. After delivery of the order, we ask you to check whether a product has been damaged during transport. In case a product has been damaged, we ask that you report the damage by email within a maximum period of seven days following receipt of the product.
Procedure and other provisions
We ask you, before you return the product purchased at Nygmato Comics, to send an email to sales@Nygmato Comics with the following information :
· your order number (preferably in the header of your email)
· the message that you want to return a purchased and damaged product
· the name of the product
· the date on which the product has been delivered to the indicated address
· a detailed description of the established damages to the product
· multiple, detailed pictures of the damaged product and its packaging
The time your mail arrives at Nygmato Comics is used to determine if your damage claim falls within the period of seven days. If your claim arrives outside this period, Nygmato Comics reserves the right to refuse your damage claim.
Subsequently, Nygmato Comics will contact you to discuss the claim. After Nygmato Comics has given you permission to return the product, a shipping method will be agreed upon in collaboration with the transport company designated by Nygmato Comics to ensure the return of the damaged product.
The damaged product should always be returned in the original product packaging. You should take the necessary precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged any further during the return transport.
The cost of returning the damaged product is always at the expense of Nygmato Comics, unless Nygmato Comics did not give you permission to return the damaged product.
Albeit after the receipt of the damaged product, you have a choice between either replacement of the damaged product (if still in stock at Nygmato Comics or at the suppliers of Nygmato Comics) either refund of the purchase price (incl. standard shipping costs). The refund will be performed using the same payment method as has been used for the purchase, unless you and Nygmato Comics have agreed otherwise.
